Information we receive
Securelay receives information you choose to send through email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, security reports, or an organization access request. Website and security infrastructure may also process technical data such as request time, IP address, user agent, requested page, request identifier, and authentication outcome.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, configure organization access, operate and secure the service, investigate abuse, maintain operational evidence, and meet contractual or legal duties. Customer-deployment data is governed by the applicable customer agreement and deployment configuration.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers for hosting, communications, and security operations where necessary. We do not sell personal data. Information is retained only for the operational, security, contractual, and legal purposes that apply to it.
